The transducer is made of hardened stainless steel, and the standard mounting adapter is made of high-strength aircraft aluminum. Precision machined from high-strength stainless steel. Overload pin stops make this an especially rugged transducer. Maximum allowable overload values are 3.3 to 14.8 times rated capacities. High Signal-to-Noise Ratio Silicon strain gauges provide a signal 75 times stronger than conventional foil gauges. This signal is amplified, resulting in near zero noise distortion.
