The transducer is made of hardened stainless steel, and the tool and mounting adapters are made of high-strength aircraft aluminum. Extremely High Strength. EDM wire-cut from high yield-strength stainless steel. Maximum allowable overload values are 3.2 to 7.0 times rated capacities. High Signal-to-Noise Ratio. Silicon strain gauges provide a signal 75 times stronger than conventional foil gauges. This signal is amplified, resulting in near zero noise distortion.
