Model 3900 is designed to operate in double shear, isolating the strain gage bridge from the effects of torsional and bending forces induced by rotation or misalignment of the system components. The Model 3900’s rugged, sealed construction permits the load cell to be used in hostile environments. The load cell’s temperature compensation circuit, designed as an integral part of the bridge, allows maximum performance and the highest accuracies under changing environmental conditions.
