Many years of design and manufacturing are brought together in National Oilwell Varco’s Houston Scientific™ Model 7655 Compliant Beam Tensiometer. The unique design of the Model 7655 eliminates damage caused by point-loading which occurs when conventional tensiometers are employed in wire rope measurement. All tensiometers use the “force triangle” method to measure tension in wire lines in either dead-line or running-line configurations.
