The PM4-SG accepts an input from any conventional 4 arm strain gauge bridge, loadcell etc. Input sensitivity is selectable from 0.5mV/V to 100mV/V. Bridge excitation levels of 5V and 10V are provided. The instruments feature flexible pushbutton calibration and programming and may be scaled to read directly in engineering units. A choice of three calibration methods is provided, namely, 2 point calibration from live inputs, calibration by entering the mV/V output and capacity of the load cell used and offset calibration.
